I recently updated my X4 headphones to 1.4. They worked fine at first. Then they refused to turn on for a while. I've jut plugged them into my Mac and the firmware updated again. They now work but the red light is stuck on permanently. I have been through the reset procedure which appears to work from the audio prompts but the red light is still just stuck on so something is obviously wrong.
I bought these from John Lewis about 10 months ago, but my the branch of John Lewis closed and is not reopening. I have been told I need to drive to another branch (about 40 miles away) to return them. I would like Jaybird to support me.
