Jaybird X4 Left Earbud Not Working
Hello, The left earbud on my X4s constantly cut in and out. How can this be fixed? Can they be sent out for repair?
Thanks,

Hi Gawayne,
Thank you for reaching out. This definitely shouldn't be happening, let me help you.
Please check your buds are clean and free of debris.
Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset that will help resolve the issue:
1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.
2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.
3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.
You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

My experience is that they do not read these forums, at least past the initial post. They won't see yours.
You can only submit a warranty claim. If they are over a year old, they may give you a discount to buy a new pair direct from their website, but you'll probably have better luck with other retailers.
Personally, even with the discount the Beats Flex are a better deal, so that was my decision.

This doesn't entirely fix it, but this does help it for me. If you use the clips to tighten the wire to stop some slack and wrap the wire back of the neck it'll work most times. Remember that this isn't a permanent solution, the audio would sometimes stop when I turn my head
