    Please follow these recommendations if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    I have tried all of those things. I have also tried to contact the support group, but neither through the chat function or the call feature were available since apparently nobody was there.
