I really appreciated the quality of the sound of X4. But, 7 days ago, the green LED light stays on even when powered off, drain the battery so fast.
I’ve tried the factory reset more than 5 times, reset the phone and did not work.
The upsetting thing is, just 3 months ago, I had another issue with you, the problem was not charging. And you send me a new one in march. The last suport number was: 2355359
How Can I fixed?
Do you have any other kind of buds that don´t have lights? Or less problem?
I really like the sound quality and the app, but the recurring problems is wearing out my relation and starting me think 2x before refer to my friends - that I did several times.
