Jaybird X4 just died -green lights on but no one is home!
I've had the Jaybird X4 for less than 3months and today they have just completely stopped being responsive.
They are charged and show the green light, but no other response. I've charged them in the wall, and through the USB computer, and the green light shows, but nothing is happening.
i've tried resetting and holding the power button but I don't get any lights coming on.
I've read all the forums and seems this is a very common problem, but sadly no one ever gives an answer as to why it's happening or what we can do.
Would appreciate a responsive and helpful answer to have this resolved quickly.
