X4 Not responding, green light stays on charging
Hi
Looking for help, Had my Jaybird x4 for about 10 months and they have just stopped working. Pressing the power buttons doesn't seem to do anything.
When i went to put them on charge ( Charging through a computer ) The green light comes on and stays on while charging ( normally means fully charged ) however still no response from the headphones.
Tried a few things suggest on the community forum but nothing seems to be working.
Also have a pair of X3 which are a bit old now which also stopped working.
Please advise?

Yes I had similar experiences. X3 lasted just over 1 year x4 9months and customer services unwilling to honour a replacement with what appears to be a common fault. Decided to go with Jabra elite active 75t, bought them
earlier in the year, good ear buds , going strong so far. Received an email yesterday to say that they currently have a discount promotion on too! -
Same problem here. I got a x4 for Christmas last year, I've been using for the past 9 months but when i put to charge, the green light comes on and stays on forever, but the phone does not really charge.
I've tried reset, update firmware, pressing the button 8 times, nothing seems to work.
