    I received an email regarding my issue ( ticket number 3229163 ), I tried the troubleshooting steps and replied back to this ticket number but did not receive a reply. 

     

    I have chased the past 2 days without a reply, please advise?

    My first X2 lasted 3 years. then I bought X4 lasted 3 months then I bought Run lasted one day. No more Jaybird for me. I am done. Customer support not helpful at all.

    Yes I had similar experiences. X3 lasted just over 1 year x4 9months and customer services unwilling to honour a replacement with what appears to be a common fault. Decided to go with Jabra elite active 75t, bought them
    earlier in the year, good ear buds , going strong so far. Received an email yesterday to say that they currently have a discount promotion on too!

    Same problem here. I got a x4 for Christmas last year, I've been using for the past 9 months but when i put to charge, the green light comes on and stays on forever, but the phone does not really charge.

    I've tried reset, update firmware, pressing the button 8 times, nothing seems to work.
