6 month old x4 and one side doesn't work then the other doesn't. So disappointed.

    Same problem here unfortunately!

    Bought X4 as a Christmas present to my girlfriend and she rang me today with the same problem that you have!

    The strange thing is that an old pair of X2s that I have did the same thing two weeks ago. 

    Very upsetting
