Jaybird X4 red light on and unable to turn off to reset
My new (< 6 months) Jaybird X4's red LED light is turned on and does not turn off. I've read previous questions which advised holding the power button until the red light turns off, then holding the middle button to reset it, but holding the power button for a significant amount of time (more than 10 seconds) still does not turn it off and I am therefore unable to proceed with the factory reset. I would appreciate any help on this, thank you.

From yesterday, I have had the same situation which X4's light doesn't turn off even though I completely turn the X4 off.
and I found the same situation in the community.
I've been using it for only three months.
How can I solve this problem?

Cal Segeal, i have returned it, they did not reply me back, luckly trough amazon the return was free and i have been refounded, i bought JBL Reflect Mini 2, and i am very happy with it. Fits my ears, are really comfy, i made a semi marathon with them, no connection problem. Good luck
