My jaybird x4 wont turn on or charge
My jaybird x4 are not turning on at all and when charging the led is green and dont have much charge but wont even do a full reset I have only had them 4 months?

You can monitor the charging time on your computer. Leave the X4 to charge for two (2) hours.

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X4 does not turn on. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:
- Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
- Try a different power source/charger
- Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
- Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
- To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
- Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
- Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I had the same problem with my X4. After only a few days of use, it won't charge or turn ON anymore. I searched for possible solutions in the internet ans found one that says you have to use a very specific charger that is below 1Ampere output. Why? If you knew that it needed a specific charger, you should have included that in the package or at least indicated in it's box not to use any other charger.
Now it's to totally useless and just a waste in my drawer. Are you not going to recall the X4 and refund us for your mistake? -
I've had my device for 4 months - the same issue. The response provide by Jaybird above does not help. Clearly the device is faulty and requires replacement. Jaybird - I have submitted a query regarding the activation of the warranty - to be frank - the information provided on the website takes you nowhere useful.

I have been charging my X4 with my phone charger which is 2.5 amps. I had no idea that I shouldn't charge with that! No information was provided to me not to charge with some other charger. and if you f-ing need a specific charger, then provide a fu=ing charger in the box! if I use my phone's charger then don't blame me! you could use current-limit in your charging circuit at least! but you did not! I PAYED PREMIUM PRICE for a device that cannot even charge itself!
Damn! this is really unfortunate
