Joke of a company
Look at all the complaints on this site of new headphones not working and no help from these scumbags other than a robotic copy and pasted answer here and there. Then you have people who have been lucky enough to get replacements and are on their 3rd or 4th pair and still having issues. I guess the joy of buying supposed top tier headphones is that you get to spend more time dealing with their “support” and waiting on new ones in the mail than you get to spend actually using them. My X4’s have now completely died and won’t turn on after less than a month and all I’m getting are games and run around, and I’m sure there are thousands of others in the same boat. 🖕🏼 Jaybird
