Will these older generation models work with the app from the play store? When I try to pair them via the app, it says it cannot find them, but when I pair them through my note 8 bluetooth settings it will pair and I can use them.

Will the freedom spirit headphones connect to jaybird app/iOS. Cannot get jaybird app to find mine. Work fine on Bluetooth connection on iPad.

Headphones went dead on the last run. After charging it will not connect. When the button to turn on is pushed a red light comes on followed by two short blue lights. Will not pair?

my wife bought me the freedom sprint jaybird earphones, and I was on the beach and lost the rubber/silicone cover, how do I get a replacement. I am not sure which size it was, thanks

My freedom Sprint has stopped working. When I plug them into the power cable, a red light comes on but dims or comes off shortly after. I have tried different cables, and I believe it is a battery issue. Are there any options for repair/replacement?

I loved them but today went to use them and only ear piece with controls on it have sound. There is no sound coming from other speaker. No damage noted to connecting wires at all. Still like new. Can not find recite but have all packaging.

My right earbud does make a little noise when I`m running. I think it is because something is loose inside. Is it possible to get this fixed? I come from Norway. Best regards Morten
