Just got a set of Freedom Sprint from a friend who had them but never opened the box. Tried charging but charge light does not come even after 2 hr charge. hey do turn on and work while the charge cable is connected. Any suggestions.

Sometimes they cut out after 5 minutes, sometimes they work for two days worth of workouts. I leave them on the charger overnight. How do I know when these are charged or charging, I only have red and blue lights. It's very frustrating.

I cannot get the Freedom Sprint's to stay in my ear. Just the slightest amount of jostling removes them. I cannot find any of the other sized buds or fins, so if someone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.

My Freedom Sprint earphones will not connect via bluetooth to my asus laptop, google pixel or macbook pro. It is not being picked up by any device. I do not charge the earphone longer than two hours.

When I plug them in to charge the red lights comes on at first but then just goes off Then after waiting 12 hours there is NO charge. What can I do? I want Jaybird to work. They are new.

where can I buy a charger for the Jaybirds Freedom ? i've lost it while running and now I cannot use them anymore. I don't want to buy another headset to use the old one and for almost the same price some thief are solding it on ebay.
