Trouble With the bluetooth connection
Hi, Its been a while since my jaybird freedom sprint stopped working properly, I connect them with the bluetooth and my phone recognize them but in about 20 seconds they stop playing, disconnect and even shut down, when I reconnect them I need to do everything again from pairing as if they were new. I can not play more than 20 seconds of music when this occur.
I bought the headphones in September and they worked well for me but now tried several times to make them work correctly without success

I have also had this issue with my Freedom Sprints. It disconnects from my phone, the light flashes purple fro some reason, it beeps twice, and then reconnects. It all happens in a matter of like about 5 seconds. What I’ve managed to notice is that it does it when my phone isn’t playing music. This isnt normal because I haven’t managed to find anything on it showing a purple light with this behavior.
