I need replacement eartips for the Freedom Sprint, only had Freedom and Freedom 2 online so purchased those, unfortunately they don't fit right. Do you have replacements for the Freedom Sprint? Thanks

I bought this about 3 years ago and at this moment It doesn’t work anymore; when I charge the earphones they have a sound and the led is blue or something purple, then I try to connect to my cellphone and doesn’t recognize them, I don’t know what else I need to try
