My headphones look like they charging but then I can't get them to connect or work. They re not that old and was wondering what the warantee would be for these to get a replacement
I have sent 3 seperate emails to Jaybird support with no response back. I have looked on this forum to see that many people have this same issue. I have tried the headset reset and that did not fix the problem. When plugged in I get a red charging light for a brief moment and then it disappears.
Can anything be done about this? can someone please respond?
