Why can't customer service return any of my email and help??
The customer service is awful. No one is answering my emails. I have been trying to get a replacement for my jaybird freedom sprints under warranty as the volume buttons have stopped working but I am receiving no customer service. It is extremely disappointing. I was previously offered $100 credit and an upgrade to the X3's but then received no further communications. Can someone please help and deal with this?

Try using the chat feature. I had a terrible experience dealing with them through email (Long periods of not hearing back from them, lack of communication, they denied my warranty replacement with no explanation). I then spoke with 2 different reps on 2 different occasions using the online chat and the experience was like night and day. They helped me out quickly and efficiently and processed my warranty replacement.

@Samuel Bonet Jr? Interestingly, just yesterday I started having problems with my warranty replacement that I have only had for 5 months. I too cannot access the chat function now. It just shows as a blank page for me.
