My Freedom Sprint won't connect for media on my HP Pavillion x360 Convertable laptop. I use Windows 10. I want to watch a movie on my laptop. Help?
First time out running, I have the headphones in the “over ear fit” meaning controls are against the Left side of my head. The Bluetooth started cutting out periodically, which was disappointing. but as I continued running and “experimenting” with it, they seem to cut out more frequently when I look to the right (i.e., pulling the controls tighter against my head?) then looking left. Also, if I turn the controls over so the buttons are against my sweaty hair instead of charge spots, they don’t seem to cut out. I’m wondering if this is a defect in my pair, or in any way particularly odd such that trying the “reset” wouldn’t matter? Also - the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to cut out (at least not as regularly) when I’m not running...
