My right earbud does make a little noise when I`m running. I think it is because something is loose inside. Is it possible to get this fixed? I come from Norway. Best regards Morten
My Jaybird Freedom Sprint's right earplug stopped working. At first, depending on the cable position, it would eventually work, but now there's just no way to make it work again. I think the cable is broken somewhere inside the device.
I bought those used on US Amazon when a friend of mine lived there, had it sent to his address and then he sent it to me, here in Poland.
I'd like to know if and where I can get customer support, maybe warranty or replacement, or maybe even instructions of how to fix it myself if possible.
Any help appreciated! :)

I'm sorry to hear that the one side of your Jaybird Freedom Sprint is making little noise. I can assure that this is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.
Here are some tips we strongly recommend that can help with your concern
- Perform a factory reset
1. Turn OFF the headset and plug it to a power source.
2. Hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time for 8 seconds.
3. Once the headset turns ON, unplug it from the power and source, turn it OFF by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then charge it normally for 2.5 hours.
Clean Speakers for debris
