Reconnect to iPad Pro.
I can pair with my iPad pro, but once I disconnect it won't reconnect. The only way to connect again is to tell the iPad to forget device and repair.

Thank you for posting here in support community. I am sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Freedom sprint. I'll be glad to help you out with your concern.
Please try to perform factory reset that will help to resolve the issue.
1. Turn OFF the headset and plug it to a power source.
2. Hold the power and volume up buttons at the same time for 8 seconds.
3. Once the headset turns ON, unplug it from the power and source, turn it OFF by holding down the power button for 8 seconds then charge it normally for 2.5 hours.
