My Jaybirds won't turn on
They worked fine last time I used them then the next I go to charge them the red light goes on then disappears I thought it was weird but let them charge then when I came back 2 hours later they wouldn't turn on. What do I do

The behavior that you are experiencing with your Jaybird headset is not what we expect from the product.
I recommend you clean the headset first before charging it. Then, using a different USB cable, charge the headset for 2.5 hours on a computer as a power source.
