I've been using these headphones for almost a year and suddenly they've stopped pairing.  They seem to charge, turn on, and will go into pair mode (flashing red and blue).  I've tried to pair them to 5 different devices and none of the devices can see them.

 

Please help!

  @Mike Scott Have you tried resetting the music device to see if that helps? Also have you deleted the headset from your BT list when trying to pair?

  Yes, have performed hard resets on my iPhone 7 and deleted the headset from my BT list. Still not resolved.
