  • Is there any way to replace the USB cover? Mine has broken off of the tether that holds it to the headphones. I've had these for probably 6 or 7 years now, so I really don't want to have to replace them just because of the cap.

  • Bluebuds x not discoverable on any of my music devices. Headphones will say "searching for musical devices", but no where to be found on bluetooth. Have tried resetting headphones and devices, still nothing.

  • Is there a way to fix the battery not holding charge? After fully charging the bluebuds x, I use them around 10 minutes and I don't even get a battery low message, and then it just turns off.

  • Pairing but not connecting... My Bluebuds are connecting to my laptop and my iPhone 6. It says that I'm connected, but when I send audio to the buds, i get a loud static and fuzz it goes from left bud to right bud and stays in hi frequency pitch.
