  • My Jaybird Bluebud X battery died recently... When I try to charge them, the LED is instantly green but is unable to charge... tried the 8x botton without any luck.. is there any option for these to work again or can i send these buds to you?

  • My earbuds no longer hold a charge. I charge but after a short 1 hour use I turn them off and next time I try to turn them on again they are dead. Is there some sort of reset or reboot?

  • All of a sudden I cannot charge them. I have tried multiple chargers...and multiple plugs. There are no lights...nothing. They were working fine What can I do? I have tried the 8 button/5 seconds reset to no avail.
