  • my headphones turn on but will not connect to my iPhone. They just turn on and say searching for music device. Even when i go to my Bluetooth screen to try and select them from that screen they still do not connect.

  • Hello, I've lost the silicon tips for my X3 headphones, and I've found that I'm unable to purchase any replacements since they don't ship to Australia for some reason. This is pretty ridiculous in my opinion, and doesn't make much sense.

  • Hi, My Jaybird Freedom power button is very flimsy making it very difficult to turn them on/use the media options. The tactile feedback is completely gone, but still active on the + and - buttons. Kind regards, César
