  • Hi guys. I bought a Jb Run last February during my trip to Canada. Now I'm back in Brazil but, suddenly, the case stopped to charge the buds. How can I proceed? Tks.

  • My RUN earbuds have been syncing fine and playing all different types of audio, EXCEPT Instagram. They even cut out of other audio I may be listening to at the time, to override with Instagram audio, but nothing plays at all.

  • Is anyone else on their second pair of X3's? I am, both have the battery problem that's all over the internet, they will not charge so they will not turn on. Clearly there is a major product problem but Jaybird's response was clear - too bad for me.

  • One of the pins in case moves when right bud is placed in resulting in no charge...I have to straighten pin and place bud again which takes several attempts. Faulty since purchased, 2 months ago. Can you assist with replacement, thank you. Robert

  • Hi. I bought Jaybird Run. The left bud has stopped charging. The 'box' is fully charged, and the right charges as it should, but its seems like it doesn't register the left bud. Is there an easy fix, or should i sent for service?

  • while using the jaybird run for phone calls, only the right earbud works. Listening to Music, both earbuds do perfectly work. why is that. how can i have both earbuds working while conducting phone calls ?
