  • I've been using my run for a month now and the left earbud stops? I've tried the process of resetting and pairing both but it will not pair, I am frustrated right now. I use the right earbud often.

  • X2 will not pair with I-phone 8 or any other device. I have repeatedly tried to reset the product but the ear phones will not pair. It is very disappointing as I really like the product but have only had them for just over a year.

  • Although my X2 is fully charged and it pairs with my cell phone, after a few minutes (sometimes 2 minutes, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes), it will disconnect.

  • When I pause a podcast (Apple iOS), it pauses audio on my running app Zombies, Run! The app audio should continue when I pause podcast. This has not happened with other Bluetooth headphones, including JF3s or JF4s. Thoughts?

  • My Jaybird app has been using a ton of cellular data recently. 3 GB in a few weeks. I never launch the app. I see that others are having the same issue. What's going on? It is now costing me a lot of money to have your app on my phone.
