  • My left earbud's light is always green, not connected and no music being played. I have disconnected, forgot in blue tooth settings with the R earbud, but the L stays the same. When I hold the L button down nothing happens

  • I bought red Jaybird X3 for my bf's bday, and he just told me it doesnt holds connectivity with any device. Hes tried multiple times, but it wont hold the connection. & the lady's voice has changed to much deeper. Is there a fix for this?

  • I'm love Jaybird RUN sound, but that cannot use for watching movie.The reason is the audio cannot sync with video, the sound always delay. No matter on Youtube or any downloaded movies. Can anyone let me know how to fix it ?

  • L JayBird Run ear bud does not appear to be charing in the charger. The R side still lights up and appears to be working, but the L side does not light up when in the charger.
