  • I lost my Jaybird Run charging case. There was a link in FAQ to go to the Jaybird SHOP to buy a new charging case but there is no charging case in the online shop. PLEASE tell me how I can purchase a new charging case.

  • I bought a pair of run earphones 2 weeks ago and already the charger is not working... The led lights are not turning on no matter what source I plug in. How to solve this? I live in Israel but I bought them in New York... thanks.

  • Will the RUNs ever have phone audio in the left earbud? This is a real deal breaker for me, especially since other wireless headphones seem to have no problem with this feature.

  • I'm love Jaybird RUN sound, but that cannot use for watching movie.The reason is the audio cannot sync with video, the sound always delay. No matter on Youtube or any downloaded movies. Can anyone let me know how to fix it ?

  • It has been about a month. I sent in defective RUNS. Jaybird received them and sent an acknowledgement about receiving them. I was told that the warranty exchange was approved.

  • Is everyone having issues when trying to run with these. They cut in and out constantly and the latest update did nothing to correct the issue. I also don't like the mono phone call feature.

  • I appreciate the alternate button settings. However, i would really like to have a mute instead of a track back. Is there any plans to have an a la carte button selection? It would be great to be able to choose 4 settings that you need. thanks, Brian

  • I would love to be able to connect to my Windows 10 machine here at work but the lack of an app in the windows store means i can't change the default button settings. Is there a Windows 10 app in the works for the Run thanks, Brian
