  • I pair the brand new Runs with a stock Pixel running Android O(8.0). When I go to watch any video on the device(netflix, youtube, webpage in chrome etc), there is a 1 second latency between the video and the audio.

  • I had my Run paired with an Iphone 6 with no problem. However, I upgraded to the Iphone X, and I cannot connect. The RUN never show up in the device list, even though other bluetooth accessories do. Help!
