  • I am having trouble pairing my RUN with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reset the buds. neither worked. the app just shows scanning until I logoff or close it out. is there anything else i can do

  • while using the jaybird run for phone calls, only the right earbud works. Listening to Music, both earbuds do perfectly work. why is that. how can i have both earbuds working while conducting phone calls ?

  • When I run with the Jaybird Run after about 10 minutes they announce "shutting down" then I turn them back on, wait for reconnect, connect, play some music and they shut down again. I've updated firmware and reset.

  • My right earbud is not holding charge. Within minutes of me putting them in and turning music on I get a message saying they need charging then they shut off. Just now my left said it was fully charged but the right said it needed charging then died.

  • I recently purchased these and I took them on a run today without changing the fins or buds and they kept falling out. Is there a recommended set up for a female with small ears? I can't enjoy the exercise if they're falling out constantly.

  • My girlfriend bought these earbuds and the smallest attachment won't fit, too big for ear. Won't stay in place. Do you have any other attachments? Suggestions? Currently this product is now useless to her.
