  • i downloaded the firmware updater for the RUN but my windows 10 machine wont recognize the RUN case when i follow the directions exactly and plug it in via USB. my device manager says the driver for RUN headphones is bad and can't find a good one.

  • My bluebud X's Recently have been turning on and off by itself, also searching for new device randomly and at times they have even started a phone call. I have tried factory reset. But it didn't solve the problem. Any would be appreciated! Thank you!

  • Does anyone else have issues with the left earbud dropping connection constantly when outside? I'm now on my second pair, thinking it was just a defect with the first ones, but these are doing the same thing.
