Jaybird Vistas
Earlier only one of my earbuds was connected and working. This has happened before so I did the usual soft reset to get them to connect. I tried a couple of other things and this never worked so I ended up hard resetting my buds. I removed them from the list of devices on my mac but forgot to remove them from my iPhone so I don't know if this could be causing the issue I'm about to explain. After hard resetting them and removing them from my mac they never popped up on my mac. I soft reset them, hard reset them, turned off, and on both my jaybirds and my mac, turned off Bluetooth for 20 seconds for my mac, and even removed all Bluetooth devices from my mac. If I missed anything it's cause I can't remember what all I did. I did everything the bot on your website told me to do.
After all of this, I thought maybe it's cause I gotta get it set up on my iPhone first. I proceeded to remove the jaybird vistas from my iPhone and remove the app. I then do everything I said I did for the mac in the above paragraph. Nothing worked. Hard resettings, blue tooth off, device reset, etc. I even connected to a different wifi, tried it at home, and even tried data. Nothing worked. I'm not sure what's going on with my earbuds. The one thing I haven't tried is letting them die on their own, but they turn off every 15 mins so it'd be a long day trying to let them die. I don't even know if that will fix it.
Any help would be appreciated! Love the earbuds and I've never had a major issue like this before.
