This happened to me as well, I did a factory reset but now another problem has come up. There is a buzzing and high-frequency pitch noise coming out of the right earbud. What is this quality honestly.
Same for me, left one is just a little lower then it used to be but the right one is super super low. i have done a hard reset, soft restart and a factory reset but still the same issue...
This forum is filled with similar complaints and Jaybird does nothing about it. Terrible support.
Well, contact there support and you get a new pair. Atleast i got that.
