Pin Folding in Charge Case

Hi,

So I have submitted a case as well (last time I submitted, on a different issue, no one replied, so going for the double here!).

On of the pins in my new XT set keeps folding over when I put the buds in, its on a sort of ball joint it seems, but it clearly is not right, what's the fix?

Now looking at the photo, the base is clearly mangled, not great seeing as they are less than 2 weeks old!
