3 faulty sets of earphones (x3 & x4)- replaced under warranty. But warranty replacement earphones not covered by a new warranty.
I am posting here out of sheer frustration. I have been in contact with jaybird support & I have now had 3 sets of faulty earphones (x3 & x4). Apparently the x4 earphones that I received as a warranty replacement for a faulty set, are NOT covered by their own warranty. Eventhough supplied as ‘new in the box’ directly thru jaybird, they are not covered by a new warranty. After 3 faulty sets (since may 2020!), I was prepared to persist, as I do like this product, but if they do not provide a warranty, then they are useless.
