Jaybird Tarah not holding charge or charging to 100%
My JayBird Tarah Pro headphones are about 11 months old. I'd noticed a recent decline in the charge retention of the headphones. As of the last week they are now not charging to full capacity (currently maxing out at c.85%). Also the charge runs extremely low almost immediately. I get about 90 minutes listening time before receiving notification that battery is low and to 'Please Charge'
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. I can provide my serial number and device ID on request.
