I emailed Jaybird, since issue started 2 months after purchase, they gave me the run around. Is their a repair that can be done or do I have to purchase a new charging case? I tried cleaning both the right bud and the cases contact pins. I took off the silicone ear piece and no luck. I then looked at the charging case to see if it closed evenly no luck. It may by the bud itself but there is no way to rule that out since it does not fit on the left side. HELP! Spent a lot of money for two months of use and poor customer service.
