Problem resolved - very happy!
I had an issue with the right earbud not charging, no lights on in the charging case. I was very disappointed as these are the most expensive things I've bought for myself in a very long time.
I contacted Jaybird support explaining my issue and received a response within two days with instructions on how to clean the ear buds and how to perform a hard reset.
This fixed my issue and the ear bud is now charging and working as it was in the beginning.
Very happy!!
