    Getting exactly the same here, and have tried all resets. I can just about get it to play music from my phone for about a second before it shuts off. It's not related to the phone, as if I don't connect it the headphones still turn off within a few seconds. So frustrating.

    Same here, was it because of software update? So did you guys exchange with the new one?

    Same here. Super frustrating. Own several other pairs of head phones and these are worst I have ever dealt with. And they are very expensive considering they are bricks at this point that do nothing

    I had the same issue.  I initiall thought it might be a compatibility issue with my FitBit.  Ended up doing the factory rest and deleting the App which seems to have resolved the problem.  FYI, I am using Android v8.1.0.
