Conveniently at the 13 month mark of ownership the right ear bud volume went down to barely audible level. This seemed to coincide with the 1.1.16 firmware update. I'm seeing lots of other user complaints but no real solutions. Has support confirmed with anyone it was caused by firmware? Factory resetting as well as other various troubleshooting steps offered in other posts do no solve the issue. I'm out of warranty so I'm assuming if it is hardware failure I would have to replace it on my own but if it updates to the newest firmware again the issues will reoccur.
