Right ear bud 10% volume

    I have the same issue with my right ear bud.  I didn't do the firmware update when I first experienced the issue today, then downloaded the app thinking a firmware update would help, and going to 1.1.16 hasn't changed anything.

    Same here, and how funny this also happened to me today which is about the 13 month mark. I am livid with these headphones.

    @Robert. 13 months for me too. My purchase was September 2019. I have a support ticket opened from 10/29 where they had me perform a reset, then a hard reset...neither worked. Responded through email immediately and crickets. Will call them Monday and reference this thread and others. Not happy at all as these were not “budget” earbuds when purchased.

    Let me know what happens. I am going to get a hold of them tomorrow and im not taking no for an answer. They are either fixing these or sending me new ones. I am sick and tired of paying hundreds of dollars for products and then they break in a year.

    I echo all the sentiments here. Very suspect there are so many similar issues right as the warranty expires. As premium priced headphones we should be getting premium quality. Mine are in a drawer now waiting for an update if they can be fixed and I got a different set from a different brand. Run, don't walk away from these terrible buds.
