TarahPro Immediately Turns Off Even When Fully Charged
I have had the TarahPro earbuds for one month and used them 7 times. They have never been rained on, dropped, or smushed. During my run the batter is depleted to no more than 75%. After my runs I recharge them to 100%. I check prior to my run that they are still at 100%. I charge the headphones using the usb port on my computer. I have reset the TarahPros.
The first 4 times I used the headphones they performed perfectly. During the 5th time, the right earbud was not emitting a sound for the majority of the run.
On the 6th run the headphones turned off immediately after being turned on. No sound was made when they turned off. I was unable to turn the headphones back on until I went back to my place and connected them to the charger. Once I confirmed they were able to turn on, I turned them back off and hiked back out to my running location. The headphones still turned off immediately after turning on and I was unable to turn them back on until I hiked back and connected them to the charger. That time I left them on an additional 20 minutes when hiking back to my running location. They remained on for the run.
On the 7th run the headphone once again turned off immediately after being turned on. No sound was made when they turned off. I was unable to turn the headphone back on until trekking back 20 minutes to the charger. I turned them on when connected to the charger and left them on the additional 20 minutes to trek back out to my running location.
Being restricted to only being able to turn on the headphones when connected to a charger is not a feasible option. I purchased the headphones for running outside and backwoods camping. I know others have reported similar issues with their Tarah Pros. I have yet to see a resolution other than a replacement. A replacement is fine but I have also seen people reporting that their replacement has the same exact issue. Is there something else that can be done to resolve the issue? A software update?
