    I've had mine for about 3 months and they are bricks. They don't connect. Won't charge. I have tried everything recommended and nothing helps. Zero support for their product. Clearly this is an issue and no replacement offered. Great company.

    I bought mine the day they were released in Europe and within a week the silcon covering on the remote started peeling, came here and saw several other posts saying the same but no resolution to any of them. Now my left earbud either sounds very low or not at all. Again came here and see several posts but no response or resolution. So just look elsewhere if you want quality and good service. This is just a venting board now and no point in expecting these losers to take any accountability for the overpriced shit they peddle.
