My Jaybird Tarah are not charging

Hi 

I have a Jaybird Tarah almost one year and not charging anymore, no red and white light are on when I put the charger

  I have the same issue. Had been patchy, having to re-seat them on the charger and wriggle them around till the white clinking light showed but now nothing.
