    At least you got a replacement. Mine are about 3 months old and no offer of replacement even. Great support for their premier product.

    According to European consumer law any problem that occurs within 6 months of purchase is classified as an original fault and needs to be solved without cost for the consumer. I bought mine from a physical store and on the third return they gave me cash back. I bought a pair of Jabra Elite 75 instead. The difference in quality and stability is staggering.
