I bought my Vistas three months ago and really enjoy using them until I had to encounter a few issues which renders these earphones unusable.
As for now, the Vistas cannot be paired to anything because as the main button is pressed on the charging case, the LED just turns off and does not blink.
It had problems connecting to my phone for the past few days, then one day I could still pause and play the music using my bud, but the sound came out of my phone. In the meantime, it would still work properly with my laptop.
I tried "Forget Device" from my phone to set things straight, but then it is not discoverable as the LED does not blink and I cannot connect it to my phone. If it were discoverable, the pairing would be rejected by the buds.
I thought it was an issue with my phone, so I did the same for my laptop, and now, the Vistas are not discoverable by all devices, hence not usable at all.
I tried to hold on to the button on the side of my bud, but it did nothing.
I also lost my left earbud but on your website, it says that the single replacement buds are out of stock (same for Amazon), which is a bit disappointing as we can still buy a full kit.
I hope there is a way around this.
