I've attempted to charge my Jaybird Tarah Pros multiple times, and it does not charge. I've attempted it on laptop USB ports, and multiple other USB ports on 2 different Desktop computers. I turned the headphones on while charging and connected them to my phone via the Jaybird App. I confirmed they are on the latest firmware, and went as far as doing a factory reset.
Additional testing shows they are "charging" in the Jaybird App, but immediately after removing them from the charger, they say "Battery Low. Please charge".
I submitted a ticket already and have received no response. These headphones are barely a month old, and are already dead.
