Red Light on when powered down
Straight out the box from the first time there were turned in the red light remained on when earphones were powered down.
I have already followed the hard reset instructions on other posts after a system upgrade via the app, still no dice.
Fully charged it lost 70% of battery in 14hrs when powered down.
I'd appreciate any advice on next steps before going through a painful return/exchange with a frustrating Hong Kong retailer.
