    Guys I’ve been reading the threads of other vista owners with the same issue. They came to the conclusion that it was a software update that is to blame.

    Ok update. My pair of vistas was still within warranty (1 year?). Jaybird sent me a new pair for free once I filled out all of my info.
    I’d suggest if you’re having issues to reach out to the support team and see what they can do.

    My jaybird Vista Nimbus Grey was still within warranty. Jaybird sent me a new pair for free after ive tried all resets and once I filled out some info about the earbud and me.
