Right bud not charging and buds won't pair with phone
I bought Vistas about two months ago, on 5/18/20. They have worked great up until now. The right bud won't charge anymore, and the buds won't pair with my phone. I have tried a soft reset, a hard factory reset, turning Bluetooth on/off on my phone, and reinstalling the Jaybird app on my phone. I can't get the case to go into pairing mode anymore, so that may be part of the problem.

Exact same issue with mine, right ear bud stopped working. Followed the reset process as defined on the jaybird website...they stopped connecting at all.
Less than a month old and faulty.
Be persistent with customer support. I was and got a refund and sent them back. Won’t buy jaybirds again as quality control is poor IMO
