After 3 months the right earbud no longer works, nothing pairs, wasting my time writing this. Just want no new customers to buy any of their products. Bought the expensive POS Jaybird Run XT. And based on what I am seeing here - no chances or too much headache to get a refund. Dudes - why you build such a piece of crap and actually try to sell it at Best Buy - can't believe they carry your PRODUCT!
